f-o-r-m rearranges rooms. It never tells you to change the building.

What f-o-r-m won’t suggest

• Removing or altering walls, including anything that might be load-bearing.
• Rewiring, moving outlets or switches, or any electrical work.
• Gas lines or gas appliance changes.
• Plumbing or structural work.
• Unsafe installations.

When you move things

• Lift with help. Slide heavy pieces on furniture sliders.
• Anchor tall dressers, bookcases and TVs to the wall.
• Use anchors rated for the weight of mirrors, shelves and art.
• Keep cords out of walkways and never run them under rugs.
• Keep walkways and exits clear.

If the photo shows a problem

Water stains, cracks, exposed wiring or sagging ceilings need a professional, not a redesign. f-o-r-m will point this out when it sees it, but it can’t inspect your home.
