The short version

Your rooms live on your device. Photos are sent to our servers only to analyze your room, then used to answer that request. We don’t sell your photos or your data.

What we process

• Room photos you take or upload. Before a photo leaves your device, f-o-r-m shrinks it and strips its metadata, including location.
• The analysis, plan and shopping requests you make, so we can return results.
• Basic technical data (like IP address) to prevent abuse and enforce daily limits.

Who else sees it

To analyze photos and generate plans and concept images, we send them to AI service providers that process them on our behalf. Shopping links go to independent retailers; what happens on their sites is covered by their policies. Some links may be affiliate links.

Storage

Rooms, photos, plans and progress are stored in your browser or app on this device. We don’t keep an account for you. Clearing site data or deleting the app removes them. You can export or delete everything from Profile.

Please don’t upload

Photos of people, documents or anything private you don’t want analyzed. f-o-r-m ignores people in photos, but it’s best to leave them out.

Children

f-o-r-m is not directed to children under 13.
